If you had to explain your job to a curious five-year-old, how would you put it?

If I had to explain my job to a five-year-old, I'd say I help make sure all the pieces of a big puzzle fit together. I help organize things, solve problems, and make sure people have what they need to do their best work. My goal is to help everything run smoothly so the team can focus on making a positive impact.

What’s one thing that energizes and motivates you about working for GIVR, or about the impact your team makes?

What energizes me most about joining GIVR is the opportunity to be part of a team that makes a meaningful impact while working toward a shared goal. I enjoy helping bring structure and organization to complex processes, supporting others, and contributing to a positive team environment. I'm excited to learn, grow, and be part of a company where my work can help make a difference.

When you’re not busy at work, what is your passion, hobby, or interest that brightens your day?

When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me spending time with my daughters and my dogs, enjoying the Florida sunshine, or searching the beach for shark teeth. I enjoy fitness activities like walking, cycling, and Pilates, as well as cooking and trying new recipes. Spending time with family, being outdoors, and enjoying life's simple adventures are what really brighten my day.

“It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.”
