We plant more trees than we use—and we do it with partners outside the paper industry, so our packaging actually gives more back to the planet than it takes.

The US accounts for just 5% of the world’s population - but consumes over 30% of the world’s paper.

Every 1.2 seconds the world loses an area of forest the size of a football field.

At Givr, we believe the packaging industry should do more for the environment than plant for its own consumption. That’s why we partnered with global tree planting organizations to achieve carbon negative packaging.

Givr was created to give environmentally conscious buyers a packaging option that fights to protect this amazing planet.

All of our products are 100% recyclable and whenever possible are made from recycled materials.

Our Impact

  • Trees are natural carbon capturers. They pull CO2 from the air and store it, helping to stabilize our climate. We proudly contribute to this vital environmental process.

  • As trees grow, they release oxygen into the air. Our commitment helps to continuously replenish the oxygen we need, supporting healthy ecosystems and communities.

  • Tree roots hold soil in place, preventing valuable topsoil from washing away. This protects landscapes and keeps ecosystems stable.

  • Trees provide natural shade and release water vapor, cooling their surroundings. Our contributions help lower regional temperatures.

  • Tree roots and forest soils absorb rainwater, cleaning it as it makes its way into our water sources– which means cleaner, healthier water supplies.

Givr remains a plastic free packaging supplier. We neither produce nor sell plastic products of any kind.

Everything we produce, plus all of our ink options, are 100% recyclable.

All of the materials we use are SFI certified or FSC certified, or both.

303,832 trees planted.

14,583,936 pounds of CO2 absorbed per year.

78,996,320 pounds of oxygen produced per year.
