General Questions
Why the name Givr?
Givr (pronounced Giver) Pack was born of a desire to make buying boxes easy and to help bring sustainability back into e-commerce packaging. Traditionally, boxes have been concentrated at retail outlets and reclaimed by paper mills to use in the next round of recycled box material. With the growth of ecommerce, fewer boxes are being concentrated at retail, and more are ending up in landfills. (Source) Our goal is to mend that gap by contributing to sustainability-focused charities that help clean our environment and protect our natural resources. As such, all of our boxes are also 100% recyclable. We are #BoxesGivingBack.
Who is behind the scenes?
Jeremy Bower is our Founder and CEO. The buck stops with him. He is a Paper Engineer from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. (It’s a real major!) If you have any questions, you can call or text him directly at 321-345-6875. Feel free to say hello!
Products & Services
What kind of box material do you have?
We can supply nearly any material that is commercially available. However, we stock the following materials for the most rapid turnaround.
Kraft Brown – This is the most common paper used in all packaging today. Using a Kraft box adds a level of “green feel” to your package.
Classic Matte White – Our standard white box is what you might see commonly used for a white shipping box. The color is slightly off-white, but colors do pop more than on Kraft.
High-gloss Premium Coated White – This material is the absolute high end for eye catching graphic packaging. The high gloss, high resolution paper allows ink to “stand” on the surface longer and creates incredibly sharp images that shine and jump off the sheet.
What flute sizes do you offer?
We can provide all of the standard flutes (A, B, C, and E) as well as any of the micro flutes with the proper considerations (lead time and desired quantity).
Not sure what flute size you want or need? No problem! Contact us with the details of your product and we will help you decide.
Can I print on both the inside and outside?
You bet! Just send us your graphics or call us for assistance at 321-345-6875 and we’ll walk you through the process.
Can you do custom designs and displays?
Absolutely, that’s the fun part! For custom orders, custom designs, and display orders, please reach out to us at CustomOrders@GivrPack.com or just visit our "shop" page and we will take care of you.
What if I already have an existing CAD design?
Perfect! You can send us your existing designs to make the process even easier. We will contact you promptly to start the custom design process and ensure we understand your needs.
Shipping
What is your return policy?
If you are not absolutely happy with your boxes because of an error on our part, we will replace your boxes free of charge. We do ask that you return the defective boxes (we will cover shipping) so that we can review them and correct the issues.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by the size, shape, destination, and weight of your box order. We do our best to estimate the shipping and make that cost transparent at the time you place your order.
Can you ship direct to my customers?
Yes! We can ship “blind” to your customers so they don’t know that the boxes didn’t come from you!
Do you ship split shipments?
We can ship to multiple locations to meet your needs!
